FlowTrack is an electronic case management system for institutional use. You agree to use it only for the purposes authorized by your institution, without accessing other users' information without authorization, and without attempting to compromise the system's security.
The information recorded in the system is confidential and for your institution's internal use. You must not share login credentials or disclose case information to unauthorized third parties.
By using FlowTrack, your institution processes your personal data (name, email, system actions) as the data controller, with FlowTrack acting as processor. You can review the details in our Privacy Policy.
You have ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Objection, and Portability) under Chilean Law 21.719. To exercise them, contact your institution's administrator.
All actions performed in the system are permanently recorded in the audit trail, including user, date, time, and action taken. These records cannot be deleted and may be used for internal audits.
FlowTrack strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows may occur.
These terms remain in effect while you use the system. FlowTrack may update them and will notify you when it does, requiring you to accept them again.
